Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets missed the postseason for a third consecutive season as the franchise continues to rebuild following the end of the James Harden Era. The Rockets entered the season with the second youngest roster and spent the year developing their players. A key component to foster talent is availability and Head Athletic Trainer Jason Biles and the Rockets medical staff did just that. The unit dropped their injury totals for a third consecutive season, finishing the year as a top-5 staff. Now the team will need to successfully balance the health of emerging talent with proven veterans after the team invested in Fred VanVleet, Jeff Green, and Dillon Brooks. Look for Biles and the rest of the Rockets medical team to play an integral role in Houston returning to relevancy in a crowded Western Conference.
